Individual Pursuits are activities in which participants work individually with their own equipment and monitor their own behaviour, movements and physical expenditure. Participants could also interact with others in these activities. By playing these games, participants will learn the key skills for activities such as Yoga, Gymnastics, Canoeing and Dancing.
